Petershill Park
Petershill Park's record attendance is a staggering 19,800, and the ground is only a disappointment in that it is
three sided. The covered terrace is as big as any still surviving, and should have a preservation order placed on
it immediately. The terrace extends round in a delightful sweep behind the goal and on around the far side until
it reaches the traditional Scottish pavilion. The far end is open grass, now used for training it would seem. Was
there ever a further terrace extending round there? A visit to Aerofilms is called for.
